I have been trying to cancel my contract with CellNetwork/MTN since 8 Jan 2018 and have had no luck at all getting this request processed. My emails are now just being ignored and I am not getting any feedback from them regarding my cancellation.
My phone has been faulty since 2 Sep 2015. Issue unresolved by Cellnetwork and phone has been send in 4 times for repairs. It's been 3 months of constantly chasing to get any progress report from Cellnetwork. No responses on my e-mails and when I call they are busy and can't talk to me. Even had to chase after logging a complaint as I got no feedback. I am not happy with how the issue has been handled and requested my phone to be returned fixed or not.
