I HAVE NEVER CAME ACROSS SUCH AN IMPUDENT PERSON LIKE I DID TODAY THE 13 JUNE 2025 AT V&A WATERFRONT BRANCH. MY WIFE WENT TO RESET PIN ON HER BANK CARD AND I WAS THERE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WHICH I OPTED NOT TO AFTER BEING ABRUPTLY AMBUSHED BY ANY KIND OF RUDDINESS AND FORWARDNESS YOU CAN THINK OF BY THE MANAGER OF THAT BRANCH OVER SOME TECHNOLOGY WE TRIED PRIOR GOING TO THE BRANCH. SHE EITHER NEED TRAINING OR COUNSELLING (PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH THE MOST) . NB. THIS HAPPENED IN FULL VIEW OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND CONSULTANTS DESPITE HER BEING ADVISED TO TAKE THAT KIND OF CIRCUS TO THE BACK OFFICE. PATHETIC.
This is one of the worst and unprofessional firm of collectors I have ever dealt with. Staff inadequately trained and extremely rude. Someone to a *****ulent mtn account on my name and found myself having to settle the account of R25000. The agents promised me that once I paid I will receive a paid up letter immediately. I made the payment in full and now the story has changed to waiting for 30 days and the one I just spoke to said 14 working days even after confirming that they received funds a week ago. I have very few hours to provide my potential employer with this letter or else I loose the position. I am very angry and disappointed. JUST GIVE ME MY LETTER AND LEAVE ME ALONE PLEASE. I AM NOT ASKING FOR MUCH BUT WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE.
