Dishonest behaviour by African Bank
I reached an agreement with African Bank to pay R500 on my credit card and R500 on my personal loan. I authorised a debicheck for these amounts, and they deducted this at the end of January. This morning they deducted R590 from my account for the credit card and R7,400 for the personal loan, amounts which I never authorised.
