Great service from Docnetics. They helped me get some documents from DIRCO as I'm not in Gauteng. There communication and professionalism is excellent and they are very helpful, understanding and accommodate the customer's needs. Everything was handled in about two or three weeks, and I could get in with my business overseas. Compared to other agencies, Docnetics is the best in my experience and I would definitely use their services again.
We've been going to Monte Vista Workshop for many years, thinking they were always trustworthy and did good work, however, I am very unhappy with my recent experience. Firstly, years ago, I pointed out that the radiator fluid was horribly rusty, and I asked Piet to clean it. He said it's fine, the car still runs and you don't need to clean it. Fast forward several years and my car had a water leak, which I took to Piet to fix. It took a few days for him to find the leak and he had to replace one of the welsh plugs, because EVERYTHING WAS RUSTY. Off I went thinking my car was fixed, but now the gear shifting was very bad with a lot of shudder, which I couldn't understand, as it was fine before. Two weeks later I was stuck on the side of the road with another BAD water leak and an overheating engine. Firstly, when I called, the office lady told me to come in on Thursday afternoon. When I went, Piet was surprised to see me and said he couldn't help me because he was too busy... then the office lady said "I told you not to come on Thursday". Either she's dof or crazy. I then took the car in on Monday, and Piet told me he could see the car was going to leak again because the other welsh plug was also rusty, but he "didn't want to look for the mon_key behind the mountain". SO HE LET ME BREAK DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD INSTEAD?! It would have been quick and easy to change the other welsh plug the first time, so why didn't he?! He then had the audacity to charge me again for a job he should have fixed properly the first time. In addition, he suggested he replace the clutch because, according to him, usually it is worn and since he's working on the car, he might as well do it. Trusting him, I said, if he thinks it should be replaced, I agree to it. Then they started doing mad things with the billing. They wanted me to pay the supplier for parts directly. I agreed to do it, if they provided the invoice, which they would not do. As I was not the customer of the parts supplier, they in turn would not give me the invoice either. Eventually Piet agreed to get the parts, and I would just pay him. Fine. He then told me I must come and pay for the repairs at 9am the next day. I said it is difficult for me to get there that early as I have to walk 30min to get there, and I'll be there as soon as I can. He called me at 9:30am telling me I had to come immediately because he needed to leave and no one would be there the rest of the day. So I had to drive my other old vehicle that I have in storage to get there immediately to accommodate Piet. He was agitated and claimed to be in a huge hurry and rushed me to pay a large bill for all this work that, in hind sight, I think was not necessary in the grand scheme of things. He said thank you and now he can leave, and he ran off. Now I had two cars in the parking lot. So I had to drive one home and walk back to get the other one. When I got back to the workshop about half an hour later, there's Piet, carrying on business as usual. He wasn't in a hurry, he didn't need to go anywhere, he was just acting, for what reason, I don't know. To top it off, the gear shift was worse, even though he supposedly put in a new clutch. I asked for the old clutch and he said he sent it away. I told him to go get it because I'm coming back for it, which I did. I got A clutch, I don't know if it was actually MY clutch. To put it in perspective, my car has less than 60,000km on it, so did I actually need to replace the clutch? What kind of service is this? I'm very unhappy with their conduct and their service, and my car was still not right. I went to another mechanic to fix all of this, it ended up costing me a lot. Save yourself the trouble. This place doesn't do good work, you end up with your car back in the workshop and paying more. I have to wonder if they do it on purpose. I'm not going back to Monte Vista Workshop, obviously.

Livestock Wealth is under investigation by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, just Google it. They advertise high returns and claim that the business is doing great things, all the while they don't repay investors... where does the money go Mr. Shezi? Oh, they are all too happy to take your money, but good luck trying to get it back. Don't fall for their promises. I invested in several connected gardens with Livestock Wealth. From the start, it was a nightmare to get my quarterly dividends paid out. All I received was excuses, platitudes and empty promises that "they'll make it up to you", but that is all BS. If they want to make it up to me, they'll repay me what they owe me plus interest! Now I have not received a cent from them in 18 months! That's a year and a half of dividends that they haven't paid out. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH LIVESTOCK WEALTH and when I demanded that Mr. Shezi pay me out for the remainder of my investment, he of course didn't respond and had the audacity to freeze my Livestock account. I am disgusted with how he dares to treat an investor. With all the negative reviews and complaints on the internet from people who haven't received their dividends, both in SA and abroad, Livestock Wealth cannot maintain their facade anymore. The truth is out. It appears that they treat all their investors the same way, first they take their funds and then make all kinds of promises that they'll pay dividends "soon", but they never do and then they stop responding. Disgrace. I am now taking legal action and I am opening a case with the police against the company, and personally against Nthuthuko Shezi!!! LIVESTOCK WEALTH, YOU OWE ME, NOW PAY!!!
I called Trojan Plumbing in Bellville for a small leak from one of the vacuum breakers of my solar geyser. When the plumber got on the roof, I asked him if it was still leaking, to which he rep**** he can't tell because it had rained earlier. What an utterly asinine thing to say. It wasn’t raining at the time. It would be evident if water was dripping out. He also did not bother to inspect the valve to determine if it was faulty in any way. So, without knowing whether there was in fact a leak or not, whether the part was faulty or not, or if actually needed to be replaced or not, he proceeded to change the part. I agreed to this at the time, since he was already on the roof, and to avoid maybe having to call a plumber again the next day. He was going to change the second vacuum breaker of the geyser, which he had no business doing, as it had no issues. I told him I didn't request that, so he agreed not to do it. Subsequently, I complained about the quality of the new part and how the plastic would perish and break in no time. I was told by one of the plumbers that it didn't matter because the whole part wouldn't last that long. So why are they using poor quality replacements? When it came to the bill, they overcharged something awful too. Firstly, they billed me for 30min when the job took only 15min. They also put an excessively high markup on the parts, in my opinion. When I complained to the manager about overcharging me, he had the audacity to imply that they did me a favour by fitting me into their busy schedule. What arrogant conduct! The website says they offer affordable prices and excellent rates. Really?! This amounts to false advertising if they turn around and overcharge customers. They did in fact overcharge me for services and refuse to acknowledge it. The manager says he charges in 30min increments, and that’s that… accordingly, by his business model, does that mean that if they do a job for you that takes 35min, you’ll be billed for 60min? You can decide if you think that’s fair and reasonable. They also transfer all kinds of costs onto the customer through their billing structure, like “costs for vehicle maintenance” etc., in their own words. The unskilled, dereliction in the service provided, coupled with their unabashed overcharging indicates unfair business practices and a contravention of the Consumer Protection Act – all in my opinion, of course. I recommend you avoid this “Trojan” company. There are plenty of plumbers out there. The best advice is to call around, you’ll likely find a better one.
Livestock Wealth is under investigation by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority for being a Ponzi scheme and contravening their code of conduct. I have been in contact with the investigators myself. Trojan Plumbing in Bellville has unfair business practices in my opinion. The plumbers were here for 15min and they charged me for 30min! When I complained to the manager, he had the audacity to tell me he did me a favour by fitting me into his busy schedule - arrogant conduct! In addition, they use sub-standard parts. One of the plumbers admitted it won't last long, yet they had no trouble charging an excessively high markup on the part. The website says they offer affordable prices and excellent rates. Please. This is false advertising. They did in fact overcharge me for services and refuse to acknowledge it. They also transfer all kinds of costs onto the client, like "costs for vehicle maintenance" etc., in their own words. I recommend you avoid this "Trojan" company. All they give are excuses, platitudes, empty promises and say "they'll make it up to you", but this is all BS. They eventually stopped paying me altogether! I have not received a cent from them in 17 months!!! With all the negative reviews I see, they obviously don't even bother trying to put out every fire by having them removed from Hello Peter, as they have in the past to try to maintain a good reputation. I am now taking legal action and I am opening a cri min al case with the police against the company, and personally against the c0n man Nthuthuko Shezi!!! LIVESTOCK WEALTH, YOU OWE ME, NOW PAY!!!
Trojan Plumbing Bellville has very dishonest business practices. The plumbers were at my place for 15min and they charged me for 30min. Then when I complained, the manager had the audacity to tell me he did me a favour by accommodating me when his schedule was full - ARROGANT! Their charges are way overpriced, even though they claim to offer competitive prices. It's just an outright lie and false advertising. Do yourself a favour and don't call Trojan Plumbing Bellville. There are plenty of plumbers out there, you can find a better one!!
