Worst service - they damage your appliances!!!
Please avoid and do not hand in any appliances at Hennie's TV & Video services unless you want your appliances completed ruined, dented and scratched all over!!! I sent my microwave that was still in excellent condition to get a quote to fix the touchpad because some of the buttons were not working. It took 3 weeks and lots of phone calls to finally collect my microwave just to get it back in an absolute shocking state and some buttons are still not working after they claimed that it was fixed!!!

MTN EAST RAND MALL - Phone was sent in for repairs and after 2 months I found out my phone was never sent to the repairs center but have just been sitting in the shop.
I sent my broken phone in for repairs on the 15 December 2017 at the MTN in the East Rand Mall (The MTN accross Clicks/Ackermans). When I started following up in Jan 2018 they kept saying the phone is still with the repairs center & I asked them to follow up and every time they said they checked it is still with the repairs center and they don't know when they are going to courier the phone back. When I phoned again around the 14 Feb they told me that the manager is no longer there and they have a new manager and my phone has actually been in the shop since December 2017 and was NEVER sent away and they are only sending it now so now I will have to wait another 3 - 5 weeks to get my phone back.
