Beware! ****! I paid for the service of plan approvals with Tarisayi Mukomondo,from 2018.I paid over R10000 since and to date 2025,no plans are approved and now he has gone AWOL not answering emails,texts/calls.Please beware of this ****mer!All he does is collect money then runs! If possible,I would have given a zero star rating!!!
How I wish I had read these reviews prior to buying from Castelo!!! I purchased a pair of shoes which were noted as available on the website but it turns out they were sold out!!I have been requesting my refund for over a month and they claim to have paid me but they haven’t!!! I will take this up because this is *****ing from customers!Disgusting!
Went to watch a movie with my kids on Saturday.Ster Kinekor Mall of Africa was extremely filthy!!! Plastics full of garbages lining up,dustbins full of garbage(not cleared),filthy muddy floors,in the toilets most taps are not working,the soap is finished on almost all sides,the toilets are filthy!!!For the price SK is charging per ticket,this is unacceptable!There was a very unpleasant smell coupled with the fact that we needed to wait for Cine 3 to be cleaned!Perhaps this is one of the branches that needs to be closed.It was month end and full so why not get more staff on busy days????Worst experience ever!
Pressed in time in Kyalami-worst service ever!A very rude staff member-I paid for wash iron and fold,the next day when I went to collect,she said she needed to fold my washing,came back much later and it wasn’t even ironed.She said I did not ask for ironing,we went back and forth with her rude attitude and lies.Some of my clothes had stains which I have removed myself by re-washing the clothes again!I will NEVER go back!I asked for the owner’s details and was told they are not allowed to give out the details.The contact number on the store goes straight to voicemail.The poorest service I’ve seen thus far!Stay away if you can!
This is the worst fibre network I have come across.My fibre has been disconnected for 2 days now,calls are ignored,you stay on hold for close to an hour,WhatsApp messages ignored,ticket numbers ignored,no emails explaining what the issue is,accounts department ignoring calls-it’s a mess and an inconvenience!!! Please answer calls so I can cancel my contract!
Bestmed has really worsened over the years. I am still awaiting my claim to be paid, which was submitted on 6 June 2020 and we are now in July. I was asked to submit original documents, which I did, thereafter nothing was done. I sent an email to escalations and all I get is an email promise to get back to me, which never happens. My other claim was paid less than half of the amount on the invoice, with a lousy explanation which makes no sense to me at all. The explanation of which, was not told to me, I had to call them numerously to enquire. I have numerous reference numbers to show how many times I did call. All agents I spoke to promised to call me in 24 hours, and none of them actually did. I have their names and reference numbers as well. I once left Bestmed and I regret ever coming back to it. It has worsened and when it comes to paying back claims, it is always an issue. Worst experience, I would not recommend anyone to join it.
