<p>For many close to 15 years I have been on the MTN network. For many of those it has been with Autopage as a service provider. For many years, I was able to extract my calls made for work purposes and do a quick formula on them to find out who I called and for what project.</p> <p>After the recent swap over to MTN, because of Autopages demise, I have begun to have some challenges.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am no longer able to get an extract, despite requesting for this since June 2016. I even supplied to format Autopage provided to me on a monthly basis as a sample. After escalating and making many calls, and writing emails, I am fed-up. I am losing out on my claim for the cost of all work calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN and their customer service department and claims departments do not respond to emails, or call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not a complain because I have time for fun, it is a valid need of mine as customer, and each time I call, it seems people don’t care to listen to what I am trying to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would love to hear a solution to the problem, as I am sure I am not the only one who has to do this. Each time I call, all I hear is it cannot be done. Further to this, MTN customer representatives want to send me the PDF itemised bill and charge me for it. This is useless as I cannot use it and I certainly cannot be expected to manually go through each phone call and dial on my phone to find out whose number it is.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have all my correspondence via email that has been logged with MTN including the complaint which is now over 3 weeks old</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely someone can provide a solution from MTN?</p> <p> </p>
I upgraded my contract in the month of March. I am now resorting to Hello peter after numerous problems and poor service from Autopage.<br> I pay for an additional service called 'my account pro', which gives me access to download my call history with call costs (whether I have minutes or not). This report is called the 'rated call costs' which I use to claim back my work phone calls. I have an issue with this report, it no longer gives me all the rated calls costs for each phone call, some values show up as R0.00 whereas others are rated. I have reported this problem to them. Their response is for me to provide: A signed written request, copy of my ID book and 10 frequently dialed numbers to get the rated costs.<br> My issue is that they should fix the report and not have me log additional requests to get these details as I believe I am paying for a service (my account pro) that allows me to do this on a monthly basis - which I have been using all these years with no problems until March this year. I have always saved the excel spread sheets I download, so I have proof it work this way before and now it does not.<br> I have since logged numerous calls on their website and made telephonic e
