Case #155G8 I am waiting for more that 2 months for a refund. MAKRO online took payment but not confirmed my order. I have already paid for my order on 07/07/2025 for a washing machine and fridge, but your website still shows the order as incomplete. I made contact with Makro, sending emails left-right-and center with no luck.
Unfair, unequal treatment Old customer for more than 20 years VS New customer My business account was opened in 2004, it is now classified as a Legacy account. Bank charges are extremely high in comparison with a brand new business type account. According to one of the Standard Bank Business banking representatives it is not possible to change the type of account without changing the account number. What an inconvenience that I have to change my account number just to be treated the with the same fairness as a new account holder. Maybe one of the other major banks will be more accommodating. Shame on you Standard Bank
