Just received the faulty pump repaired for the second time and it’s exactly with the same problem. Not sure what’s going on but they must be wanting to spend a fortune with collections and delivery!!!
We just received the REPAIRED Faulty pump today 21st July 2025. I am not sure if there is a way to share photo or video on Hello Peters but here goes. The pump is leaking even worst than before begging the question. Do they even test the pump before dispatching it back to the customer?
We bought a Red Rhino pump from Leroy Merlin on the 12th of March 2025. KLB Engineering is the supplier of this pump. The supposedly 'Stainless Steel' pump started leaking after just two or three months. We are still waiting for the matter to be investigated by the 'Supplier'. My concern is should this pump be allowed to be sold as 'Stainless Steel' or even at all given it failed after just 2-3 months? Who must we report this to? Should Leroy Merlin or any other supplier be selling this pump?
Unable to test their own products and unwilling to replace a faulty product. Rather buy from Takealot who has the same product backed by the no nonsense replacement or refund policy.
Very bad company. Unable to test equipment already proven to be faulty. Refusal to replace faulty equipment and insists there is nothing wrong with it. They don't provide an email that can be filled below for them to respond. I should have checked reviews on them on Hello Peter first. It's full of dissatisfied buyers.
