Hello Peter

On the 15th of May 2015 I received a debit order of R1000 from a reference
I am a Vodacom cellphone subscriber for the past 20 years till to date.In the middle of January 2015 I could not top up my cellphone sim card with a recharge voucher.I then took my cellphone to a Vodacom cellphone repair outlet at Gateway shopping mall Umhlanga Ridge, Durban. When I went to collect i,t in their invoice they wrote that there was no problem with my phone. I was advised to request one of the consultants to return information in my sim card. The consultant I spoke to told me that the number is no longer mine. They have since given it to another consumer and I must buy a new sim card because I will never get back my number. What surprises me is that they took my number (0826293168) whilst I was still using it. When I went back to them the consultant who attended to me told me that I must change my cellphone number on all my documents, important or not important. All I want is Vodacom to bring back my number. This has caused me a lot of unnecessary inconvenience.
