only giving 1 star because i can't go lower... they took our dishwasher motor away for 'repairs', returned it unserviceable, then when we questioned it the denied doing the initial callout, after numerous back and forth they collected it. it has now been weeks and if you are lucky enough to get a response, it is a vague 'they are running tests and will get back to you... still waiting for even a response
