Fitbit steal your money.
The do not deserve 1 star. Be warned - FitBit are thieves....they misguide you in canceling your Premium subscription - then a year later they take your money again.., then they tell you you must ask for a refund from the Google Play Store...Google play try to refund you, but is declined because FitBit do NOT let them. On cornering Fitbit that Google say Fitbit must do the refund, the say sorry they cannot. So never take out any app or Premium contract with Fitbit - they blatantly steal your money!

TIC (Santam) defraud us
I even took out the extra insurance beyond the normal to make sure I am covered for unforeseen events. Now my ticked was booked to visit my family in Canada - then this Covid19 thing happened and 2 days before my departure Canada's boarders was closed for international visitors. Ok - so I didn't cancel my ticked and claimed a refund, I shifted the date...but because of the date change I had to pay in and extra R11150.00 above the previous ticket price. So what did I do - I claimed ONLY the extra R11150.00 from TIC (Santam) Insurance. You will not believe this but they refuse my claim under that it does NOT fall under their clauses of what warrants a payout. They stipulate the following as one of the criteria for validation: "3. Traumatic Event that occurs within 14 days of your departure." Now I would like to know what the hell is the COVID19 else as a extremely traumatic event?! So beware everyone - TIC part of SANTAM INSURANCE is a company that defraud people out of their hard earned money under false pretenses in playing with words.

Fraudulent Company
Sorry I had to give a Star to post this - they do NOT deserve any stars....a minus 5 stars perhaps. Bought some external Solar Lights from Salacraft in July 2017. Didn't receive goods. On my first email post they had the excuse they did have stock but ordered. I gave them 3 weeks and still nothing. Emailed them again and their response - its at customs and they will give my 2 extra lights for my trouble. That would happen within the next 2 weeks following. Nothing - emailed them again and now they stop responding. Wrote on their Facebook page and what scammers they are and people must not buy from them. They blocked me on Facebook and still nothing to date. Must say so far FNB card diversion and PayFast are not any better.....giving me the runaround!!!
