Legs Ripped from Coricraft Bench, Items ******
Moving is extremely stressful and to have this experience on top of everything just added so much more. Despite clearly stating the 3.8m height restriction at our estate, they arrived with a truck that couldn’t access the property, causing major delays, added transport and staff fees, extra accommodation costs, and time off work. Several items were badly damaged, plants destroyed, and some belongings ******. We also found other people’s items mixed in with ours — thankfully we noticed and sent them back with the drivers. I tried to resolve this amicably, but SET Carriers took no responsibility. Their non-liability clause doesn’t excuse poor planning and mishandling — and that’s exactly what this was.
