Great Service and Wonderful Staff
Amazing service from start to finish. The quotation process is effortless, I spoke with Candice who is very knowledgeable, absolutely amazing, friendly and professional person to handle all queries and adjustment issues and the guys who come to collect are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend using them as your first option

As for the foreman, he was absolutely obnoxious and rude and had no regard for anyone our items. Lucky bamboo which i have nurtured for 7 years got damaged and thrown of the truck. These stems are a part of my believe and religion. All we have received from Candice, Megan and their circus is back chat an they are not willing to accept any liability nor responsibility in fact. I am being made out to be the ****. Not once did they follow up or Inform us of when to expect our move. The list goes on. Please feel free to contact me for a reference and photos, I have many to share. I believe as per Megan's quote this morning that at least 76% of one's belongings will get damaged or destroyed during a move. Unbelievable. I am not leaving it here, but just forwarning clients to stay very far away from this lot if your treasure your belongings.

The service was not only competitively priced, but also delivered exactly as promised — the truck arrived punctually in Johannesburg and reached Herm**** right on schedule. I am deeply impressed by Candice’s dedication and efficiency, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Set Carriers without the slightest hesitation. Special mention also to the truck driver Richard Swartbooi who was super polite and helpful and got our stuff safely to Herm****!

Excellent Service and Assistance
I am so grateful for all the assistance from the sales team and truck staff. They made the experience seamless and they gave me so much extra advice to help me save costs and to help me transport my pets and my car. I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful for all the assistance from the sales team and truck staff. They made the experience seamless and they gave me so much extra advice to help me save costs and to help me transport my pets and my car. I highly recommend them.

Moving is extremely stressful and to have this experience on top of everything just added so much more. Despite clearly stating the 3.8m height restriction at our estate, they arrived with a truck that couldn’t access the property, causing major delays, added transport and staff fees, extra accommodation costs, and time off work. Several items were badly damaged, plants destroyed, and some belongings ******. We also found other people’s items mixed in with ours — thankfully we noticed and sent them back with the drivers. I tried to resolve this amicably, but SET Carriers took no responsibility. Their non-liability clause doesn’t excuse poor planning and mishandling — and that’s exactly what this was.

Impressed and Satisfied. Highly Recommend
I had not heard of SET Carriers before using them. I was a bit skeptical, but I was very impressed by the level of service I received. The collection and delivery dates were kept to, everything was handled with care. Their teams were friendly and helpful. They were just all round very efficient and I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

I had not heard of SET Carriers before using them. I was a bit skeptical, but I was very impressed by the level of service I received. Blatant disregard for our household goods
We were deeply dissapointed by the service we received. We experienced damages to some of our big appliances, and when trying to claim from the so called transit insurance, it was laborious and painful. We were also told that it's not comprehensive cover, even though it was recommended by them. We decided to finally not claim and fixed the items ourselves. But when we started to unpack our boxes, only then did we realize, how badly they treated our items. Every single box that had anything other than clothes, had damage and broken items inside, some of which were sentimental. Boxes were ripped, crushed and damaged badly. I will never recommend these people to anyone, and in fact have already told several to stay away. Not once did we receive even a simple apology or any empathy from the person we were dealing with. If you want peace of mind and your household goods to arrive in one piece, DON'T use SETCarriers.

We were deeply dissapointed by the service we received. We experienced damages to some of our big appliances, and when trying to claim from the so called transit insurance, it was laborious and painful. We were also told that it's not comprehensive cover, even though it was recommended by them. We decided to finally not claim and fixed the items ourselves. If you want peace of mind and your household goods to arrive in one piece, DON'T use SETCarriers.
