We were deeply dissapointed by the service we received. We experienced damages to some of our big appliances, and when trying to claim from the so called transit insurance, it was laborious and painful. We were also told that it's not comprehensive cover, even though it was recommended by them. We decided to finally not claim and fixed the items ourselves. But when we started to unpack our boxes, only then did we realize, how badly they treated our items. Every single box that had anything other than clothes, had damage and broken items inside, some of which were sentimental. Boxes were ripped, crushed and damaged badly. I will never recommend these people to anyone, and in fact have already told several to stay away. Not once did we receive even a simple apology or any empathy from the person we were dealing with. If you want peace of mind and your household goods to arrive in one piece, DON'T use SETCarriers.
Don't ever consider using this company for any web development work. The owner/CEO take your money and does not deliver the services. He then ignores all messages and emails, I am busy with litigation to sue him, but I just want to warn anybody else that is thinking of using them. JUST DON'T!
This must be the worst accounting software I have ever come across, and I've used several systems. The setup and processes are clunky and not user friendly. I was told that they can import my Quickbooks data only to find out that they surely can, IF you pay one of their consultants to do it - otherwise it's almost impossible to do it yourself correctly. I bought it for the build assembly but setting everything up requires a serious time investment, not worth it at all. I cancelled three weeks into the subscription and was told I have to pay for the full month, because obviously that's how they make money. I advise anyone looking for a system to STAY AWAY from Palladium accounting. Save yourself the frustration and expense.
Worst Courier Company ever! Whenever they make a mistake, all they do is say. Oops Sorry! No solutions offered nothing to help fix the situation only, sorry but we can't help you. Booked a sameday, called at 1pm, only to be told, oops we FORGOT to send the driver. Sorry! Same days are for emergency situations, if it was foreseeable the day before then it would be booked as a normal service. The fact that they FORGOT to send a driver is ridiculous and just shows what a mess they have on their side and how uncaring they are towards a small business. Their so called solution? "If you would like we can still send the driver to collect today and we can deliver tomorrow." Not two hoots are given that we have customers to service from our side and we needed this particular item today. Worst courier for small business - would not recommend.
You are the worst bank ever, what makes you think you have the right to block an entire portfolio then tell me when I call that you can't do anything because it's a ****** public holiday. This is done without so much as a call or an email and you leave it up to the client to discover that all of a sudden their account is blocked and so are their cards. Thank goodness I wasn't trying to buy groceries at a shop with a trolley full of stuff. Not only are you one of the most expensive banks around you're also the worst communicators. Without so much as an email phone call or anything else you block a person entire portfolio. I am so don with you, I might not be your biggest client but I sure as hell will never be your client again nor will anyone that I know if I can help it. Here on a public holiday I can't even buy bread and milk. This is not the first time this bank has done what the hell it feels like it without notifying customers. Worst bank ever!
I often complain and not often enough compliment, but I must say that after a very traumatic armed robbery at our house, the two assessors which dealt with our motor and household claims with Hollard were amazing. They made the whole process a lot easier with all the trauma we went through and not only were they efficient but also compassionate and went beyond their call of duty to assist us. Thank you so much to both of them for their kindness during a trying time. Hollard really exceeded our expectations in general in all their processes. Well done all!
