This morning out of the blue - my Palladium Accounting package would not work - so I sent an email to Palladium - and this is what I got from them - and invoice and this message: Dear Valued Client, Kindly note that your account has been suspended sue to non-payment of your Mandatory support fee. A notice was sent out to all Palladium clients and business partners notifying them of this change. Please take note that only once the attached invoice is paid, the system will be reactivated. Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact me. WE ARE BATTELING FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS TO GET ACTION FROM PALLADIUM ACCOUNTING. WE PAID FOR 2 YEARS SUPPORT BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANY SUPPORT. THEY CONSTANTLY PASS THE BUG AND THERE IS NO ONE THAT CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM. OUR STOCK COUNT IS FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS STILL NOT CORRECT ON OUR SYSTEM, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER ACCOUNTING PROBLEMS. THEY ALWAYS NEEDS EXSTRA MONEY FOR RESOVING THE PROBLEM BUT IT IS PART OFF THE SUPPORT. WE ARE SO DISSAPOINTED IN THIS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM. WE REALY THINK THAT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Services that we have never utilized in the past or will in the future are now mandatory. By the look of the reviews, the reason for is obvious. The service levels are useless. Instead of offering your customers a service of value that they will gladly acquire, you have decided to admin that you are unable to achieve this. Makes me wonder about the capabilities of the brain trust of +++++</div>

Good system but full of flaws and very little support. VERY frustrating if the call center cant assist and solve queries. Please go with a trusted name like SAGE or something else, it is not worth it.

This must be the worst accounting software I have ever come across, and I've used several systems. The setup and processes are clunky and not user friendly. I was told that they can import my Quickbooks data only to find out that they surely can, IF you pay one of their consultants to do it - otherwise it's almost impossible to do it yourself correctly. I bought it for the build assembly but setting everything up requires a serious time investment, not worth it at all. I cancelled three weeks into the subscription and was told I have to pay for the full month, because obviously that's how they make money. I advise anyone looking for a system to STAY AWAY from Palladium accounting. Save yourself the frustration and expense.

Donovan Visser from PALLADIUM came to sell his product with all promises and commitment Since 1 Sept 2021 till todate 23 Feb 2022 - 6 months - palldium hanging in AIR still the new system has not been implemented I have paid so far R 2274.93 x 6 months = R 13649.58 with ZERO implementation i need a credit please Jivesh is too busy , and highly understaff and one should ask - why are they looking for new customers , when they cant even maintain existing customers

Unfortunately the service we received was less than average. The whole set up was incorrect, and we had to deal with one problem after the next, with no one who contained any decent knowledge of how to fix the problem. It got to the point where the Palladium service providers were making the issues worse and not better.

Prince of Wazafundi sold us on a Palladium accounting system that look very efficient. While the program itself is impressive the service is pathetic. They sent us an invoice for the package but have not sent terms and conditions, despite requesting it several times via emails and telephonically. We are suppose to go live in two days now and the system is still not set up. This is going to hurt the business as we have cancelled our old ERP and was suppose to have been on palladium already. Time to button down the hatches gentleman!! Thanks for nothing Palladium Support!

Prince of Wazafundi sold us on a Palladium accounting system that look very efficient. While the program itself is impressive the service is pathetic. We are suppose to go live in two days now and the system is still not set up. This is going to hurt the business as we have cancelled our old ERP and was suppose to have been on palladium already. Time to button down the hatches gentleman!! Thanks for nothing Palladium Support!
