Shocking no service My car is 5 months old brand new and went in already 3 times for same issue When i eventually get it back after a week or two no explanation Dents and paint damages on this new car Always a excuse no cars if you dont have transport No communication and follow ups Why do they keep in sell cars and deliver a service they cant give afterwards
We settled our motor vehicle and need the NATIS document but the service and unprofessionalism we received is just shocking
Unfortunately the service we received was less than average. The whole set up was incorrect, and we had to deal with one problem after the next, with no one who contained any decent knowledge of how to fix the problem. It got to the point where the Palladium service providers were making the issues worse and not better.
We are owners for almost 30 years at Dikhololo butt the service we have been receiving from Vacation Management Services is not good. You can't even solve query at reception desk and need to call the call centre No service at all and no proper communication I have been trying almost over a week to sort query on telephone line or emails but no feedback at all You almost need to hold on for 20 minutes for someone to answer the call and then nobody is available(always in meeting) and the response you get is "the person will get back to you" After sale service is not good and frustrating.
We want to do a Change of Ownership but already struggling a month Nobody respond on my emails and phone calls.Keep on getting reference numbers but no service at all
Terrible customer services.No communication.A week later and no car.Reported them to BMW South Africa because they are embarrasing to BMW name.We want to take them to the newspaper and involve our legal team.Enough is enough
I have been struggling 4 months now with the service for ADT IS there anyone that can help me
<p>We are struggling for 2 weeks now after installation of the alarm system.First we needed to pay for them to do the installation.when the installtion guy came he did not even know what to do.then they left without setting our remotes.third time the panel was placed on the incorrect place.now we had to bypass the faulty zones from last week everyday.then when you call the call centre they first request that you must pay a call out fee.the operator tonight said i must mail the invoice for the guard that we pay out of our one pocket not even trying to assist us to solve the problem.Seems like our business is to small for ADT.Maybe there is another security company that looks after us</p>
Never ever received such bad service<br> We were always with Nashua and the service was excellent<br> We are in a corporate world and can not spend 6 hours to just add 3 G of data once off<br> Really what is disappointment
