Wacthout if you thinking of runing palladium accounting software

Prince of Wazafundi sold us on a Palladium accounting system that look very efficient. While the program itself is impressive the service is pathetic. They sent us an invoice for the package but have not sent terms and conditions, despite requesting it several times via emails and telephonically. We are suppose to go live in two days now and the system is still not set up. This is going to hurt the business as we have cancelled our old ERP and was suppose to have been on palladium already. Time to button down the hatches gentleman!!
