This morning out of the blue - my Palladium Accounting package would not work - so I sent an email to Palladium - and this is what I got from them - and invoice and this message: Dear Valued Client, Kindly note that your account has been suspended sue to non-payment of your Mandatory support fee. A notice was sent out to all Palladium clients and business partners notifying them of this change. Please take note that only once the attached invoice is paid, the system will be reactivated. Without any communication via email or phone - they just send out an invoice and cut you off ??? Very good customer service - wow !!!!!
