I had been with Cybersmart for over 20 years without any issues, but then things started to change. After giving them a fair chance and considering my options, I made the decision to switch to Intense Fibre. Being in the IT industry, I know how crucial support is, and I was understandably nervous about the change. To my surprise, the transition went unbelievably smoothly without a single problem. Everything just fell into place. Their support is fantastic—let me rephrase that: their service is impeccable. I can recommend them without any hesitation.
I am highly disappointed. I am for years on Diamond status an got maximum points and miles for all my credit card purchases. Since I moved to Discovery Bank/ Credit Card, I only get 1 mile for every R100 spent. I contacted Discovery and they have moved the goal post. Now you need at least a 'Black' Credit card and a whole suite with certain conditions to get the maximum miles. The system is now so complicated that not even the Call Centre can assist. the requirements are now so difficult because it is not that easy to move accounts and bonds between banks. This changed me from a very 'Pro' Discovery fan to a Anti-Discovery activist. I lost a lot miles during this festive season. How can I trust Discovery if they keep on changing the goals on basically all their products
