I've been a happy Intense Fibre customer for many many years (more than 10yrs, I think). Always prompt, friendly service, and Peter always does his best to notify of outages and fix lines as soon as possible.

Excellent service

INTENSE FIBRE - THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!
There are many competitors in the field of providing Internet services. BUT. I need to give a big Shout Out to Intense Fibre as one of the best service providers out there! And for me, in the form of Peter Marais. Morning, noon or night - he is my 'go to' for my businesses - always friendly, professional and in one word, EXCELLENT! Thank you, Peter - upon opening my 3rd medical practice, my internet service provider is a 'no brainer' - Intense Fibre!!!

Reccomend service provider
I had been with Cybersmart for over 20 years without any issues, but then things started to change. After giving them a fair chance and considering my options, I made the decision to switch to Intense Fibre. Being in the IT industry, I know how crucial support is, and I was understandably nervous about the change. To my surprise, the transition went unbelievably smoothly without a single problem. Everything just fell into place. Their support is fantastic—let me rephrase that: their service is impeccable. I can recommend them without any hesitation.

Exceptional service
I contacted vodacom for Fibre and after 2 weeks I still didnt have installation. On contacting intense Fibre, I had installation and working Fibre within 3 days. Pieter Marais is absolutely patient with a not so tech savvy person and freely available on WhatsApp for advice and troubleshooting. The initial service and after service care is exceptional. More than 100% recommended to all
