INTENSE FIBRE - THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!
There are many competitors in the field of providing Internet services. BUT. I need to give a big Shout Out to Intense Fibre as one of the best service providers out there! And for me, in the form of Peter Marais. Morning, noon or night - he is my 'go to' for my businesses - always friendly, professional and in one word, EXCELLENT! Thank you, Peter - upon opening my 3rd medical practice, my internet service provider is a 'no brainer' - Intense Fibre!!!

Absa's Customer Services needs urgent improvement, please!
Absa's Customer Services is really atrocious. One of the major branches in the Northern Suburbs, with only employee working! Sat in the queue for 2.5 hours and problem still not resolved. I had to return the following day and when I had to sit in the queue again, with again only 1 employee working, I got up and went to Capitec, where I also have an account. 4 employees were available to help me immediately. I walked out after 10 minutes, problem resolved. Why do I still bother with Absa? Do I shift my bonds and accounts to Capitec?
