We approached afrihost to sign up as potential client. What followed was a set of emails from afrihost that were responded to without any thought or actually having read what was asked for. I have asked to be contacted by a manager. I doubt it will be ready.

Watched your driver on real time go to Alberton city instead of dropping off my order. No calls, nothing. See it was updated to could not deliver. Am lodging complaint with my bank. Hope they terminate their contract with wumdrop.
This is one of those companies that wonder why they are losing clients but delivers one of the worst sales experiences currently in South Africa. Was all excited to sign up to watch the Euro games with my son, but after an hour and a half of frustration with chat bots , online agents and unhelpful dashboard , it will be with a streaming company from overseas. Fix your onboarding process or you will lose many potential clients.
What a lemon of a car , I have had to take a car I bought August 2022 back 3 times within 5 months. And a few months after my service , the left side lights of my vehicle have stopped working. Of what use is the million kms worth if I have to keep filling in leave to get my car looked at. I will no longer get my car done at Alberton as they have had the car 4 times and is still get an issue.
Metro fibre had supplied us with a stable connection, for the last 2 years, despite numerous daily hours of loadshedding , we have relied on you to be provide stable fast connection. Very happy with your service for the last two years. Please bring on a gig line speed to our area, after many decades of adsl 10 meg speeds i want to hit a 1000/1000, just to play. Samsung stood for quality and value for money , but it seems in the last few years, the fame has gone to their heads. Although prices have gone up , quality has gone down even faster. I bought ‘a new microwave from Hirsch in the beginning of this year , it will not work for longer than 5 minutes. My mistake was that I believed in the quality of your name , my mistake as I did not fully test the item in the week I bought it and was only able to return it 12 days after purchase. Seems Samsung policy is to repair the it, if its retuned after 7 days. What faith will I put in a expensive item that has to be repaired after 1 week. Disappointed and not happy with samsung.
The Hirsch's staff are helpful and friendly, the sad issue is that their products are no where to the level of the staff and are not worth the prices being charged. Bought a Samsung Microwave from them in the biggening of January 2023, made a mistake of not testing the device fully ( 24 hour tests) in the week I bought it , only unpacked it a week later and was shocked to find that it will not work for periods longer than 5 minutes , without shutting down. Took it through on the next Saturday I had off ( 12 days after purchase) to be told that because its longer than 7 days , the item will have to be fixed. What faith can one place on a expensive item that has issues month one. Lesson to all Hirchs clients , don’t buy items there unless you are able to fully test the item , that very day. Heaven forbid you buy gift that cannot be tested the day of purchase. It was I can say my first and last purchase at Hirchs. High prices and name brand does not mean quality.
After an hour of sitting with the so called agents , i have given up. Either educate them or fire them because helpful they are not. If your sales team is this bad, i really dont want to see any more. Bye bye showmax.
Bought a new tiggo pro 4 elite from Cherry Alberton on the 21/10/2022. On the 3/11/2022, engine light came on, took it to the dealership who checked out car, reset the computer and told me it was all fine. 6/11/2022 engine light is back on. How is this possible on a car with less than 700kms. Cherry explain.
