To whom it may concern I bought my Fossil watch in March 2024 and a year later my dials started coming loose and it affected the movement of the hands and I took it in on the 5th of April 2025. I was told that if it needs new parts the repair time is longer but normal repairs takes 3weeks which sounds reasonable.I'm so disappointed in their service..... there's simply no communication/feedback or updates from them of the status of the repair. I had to phone and ask how far it is and this was on the 20th of May and was told that they still waiting on parts to arrive and promised that they will keep me updated. Two weeks later still didn't hear anything and I phoned again to check-up. Only for them to explain to me why they had to order the parts for the watch...... Why is it taking them so long to fix it because we moving into the 9th week now or did something else happen to the watch????? Or is it a case of it can't be fixed. Clearly someone didn't do their job properly and the staff don't do proper follow-ups. I think that they are lying about the whole situation and can't be trusted. Wondering if their products is even original but anyways I'm feeling very very helpless , I just have to take their word and play the waiting game now.
