I bought sunglasses from Watch republic on 27 November, I then wrote an email to amend my address on the very same day, the email was aknowledged, stating that they will deliver it to the correct address. Since then they keep calling me to collect my item in Durban Amad I keep on telling them I’m in Rustenburg!! When I call watch republic they keep on transferring me to the next person until they hang up my calls. Very poor customer service

To whom it may concern I bought my Fossil watch in March 2024 and a year later my dials started coming loose and it affected the movement of the hands and I took it in on the 5th of April 2025. I was told that if it needs new parts the repair time is longer but normal repairs takes 3weeks which sounds reasonable.I'm so disappointed in their service..... there's simply no communication/feedback or updates from them of the status of the repair. I had to phone and ask how far it is and this was on the 20th of May and was told that they still waiting on parts to arrive and promised that they will keep me updated. Two weeks later still didn't hear anything and I phoned again to check-up. Only for them to explain to me why they had to order the parts for the watch...... Why is it taking them so long to fix it because we moving into the 9th week now or did something else happen to the watch????? Or is it a case of it can't be fixed. Clearly someone didn't do their job properly and the staff don't do proper follow-ups. I think that they are lying about the whole situation and can't be trusted. Wondering if their products is even original but anyways I'm feeling very very helpless , I just have to take their word and play the waiting game now.

I bought a Fossil Watch from Watch Republic as a for me from me birthday present. I wore it a couple of times when the strap broke. Watch Republic did sort it out for me, but I was without my new watch for a couple of weeks. Now the "stop watch" buttons stopped working. This is obviously a faulty watch. Hoping I can be refunded for the watch so I can buy something else as I no longer have any trust in Fossil watches.

I bought a watch from them on the 28th on Friday and today is the 1st of April and I still haven’t received my order. They are sending me from pillar to post when I call to ask about my order.

Good Day I desperately need assistant with the store employees from the Watch Republic Kenilworth Access Park Store. I purchased my watch on 18 January 2025 and was assisted by Bonita Lodream. A few minutes after buying and wearing the watch, I noticed that the time was not set. She then explained that the watch will have to be sent to the repair centre. She took the box and the watch. I then returned a month later to collect my watch, in a plastic Sleeve. They did not return my box. When I got home I noticed that the watch is old and not the same watch I bought on the original day of purchase. I’ve called the store however they refuse to assist me. Please I need help . Thandi
