What an absolute shocker of a company! having spent many hours developing our webpage. Many many hours lost exploring and reams of support pages to get the site up and running, we now discover that Squarespace doesn't bother hosting .co.za domains. I have explored their pages of T's&C's without finding a single hint of the same. We paid the upgrade fee in order to commercialise our site only to discover this little disgusting "small-print." All over their site, they brag about their 24/7 support. This of course is the biggest joke yet! If your "problem" doesn't match their list of potential reasons to contact support...well good flipping luck in getting even an ounce of support from Squarespace. Emailing them is an equal waste of time. Sent 10 emails over the past 5 days without even an acknowledgement of my emails to them. Do not! I Repeat, DO NOT waste your time or your energy on Squarespace. They are abysmal and their so-called 24/7 support is non-existant.
On 6 March 2015 my service at home was disconnected due to non-payment. Were it not for the character limit, the issues of payment would be explained at length, importantly though, I accept and understand that I am responsible for the bill and that it is not telkom's responsibility to keep me informed of its status. Cut off 6 March, bill settled 10 March, reconnected 11 March, no internet 15 March (fault reported), 16 March technician promises fault will be resolved, 17 March completely disconnected, 20 March fault recorded as being repaired and service restored, 20 March telkom store Canal Walk state that my service has been cancelled due to non-payment. 21 March call accounts dept 8 times between 09:30 and 12:00 to repeatedly hear that I have called out of normal business hours and that the accounts department is only open Monday to Friday blah blah and Saturday between 09:00 and 12:45pm. Telkom, I work from home, I have now spent an obscene amount of money on data through a mobile service provider, which of course you will not pay back. Please confirm that my service is no longer connected, and that my account is in credit. Then please do not connect me again!
