<p>Excellent service and very fast to respond to emails.</p>
I spoke to their call center on the 06/04/2016 regarding a claim I had and was told to email it through and that it would be paid within 48 hours. I submitted all required documents shortly thereafter and received an automated response with reference number.<br> <br> I received no follow up, notification or payment so I called them again on 11/04/2016 and was told they couldn't find out what had happened to the claim but would escalate this with comment that I was unhappy. They also said it could take another week for any action to occur.<br> <br> I waited for another week and called them again on 18/04/2016 and was told it was sitting with their claims department but had not been actioned. They said they would escalate this again to 2 departments for action.<br> <br> 20/04/2016 - 2 weeks after being told it would take 2 days I am yet to receive payment or feedback.

I took the day of to be present for them and they decided not to show up at all or even communicate regarding this.<br> <br> I've since sent 2 follow up emails to the HelloPeter Telkom email address without so much as a reply or even a read receipt.<br> <br> Disgusting service to say the least. Its no wonder they have such a bad name.
I refer to my previous report as below created on the 28th of August 2015. I have contacted the email address supplied twice and have still to receive any sort of communication or feedback. I re-applied with the same results. I then phoned in about a week later and was told there were no pending orders against my name. proceeded to order this service over the phone. I received an sms a few days later to say I had to pay a R700 deposit which I did. Almost a week later without any response or confirmation I called in to get a confirmation of my payment and to be told the order was in progress. Another week later I had to call again to check the status of my order only to be told they were checking my area's cable and they couldn't tell me how long this would take but: \it won't take long".
