Vodacom fibre actually gets no stars at all. I have been waiting since April for the technicians to come and move my Fibre line. We have built on and where it was on the outside of the building, is now on the inside and is completely in the way. I gave them ample notice and they clearly don't care. They have 24 hours to send a technician otherwise I change service providers and will not pay them for this month because they have seriously messed me around. In the 20 years I have been with Vodacom, I have never had a problem.. what the hell happened to service delivery. Quick to takey money and installed the Fibre, but now that there is a problem nothing happens. I'm absolutely disgusted!!
Disgusted with FNB. Deducting declined transaction fees constantly. For the same transaction!! The transaction did not decline at the store. So why is this my fault now?? R350 was deducted over and above R8.50 per transaction and then 3 days later R450 for the very same thing. You did this to me last month for no reason at all again. Fnb has gone downhill at an alarming rate. Procedure... no money.. decline If money.. goes to pending and money is deducted. Dont come back and say declined when it wasn't in the first place. Daylight Robbery. I want those fees reversed please. I have never encountered this before. Debit orders I can understand this procedure. But a card transaction. What the hell?? All the branch tells me is 'I don't know'. All secure chat tells me is 'keep your account in credit' it WAS in credit! Best I move to another bank.
Island Fresh Produce delivered fresh produce straight to my door amidst the COVID 19 Lockdown. Such champions and great service and products. Well done!!

I submitted the cancellation letter in order to have my landline service cancelled, in February for the first time. (Note that I diconnected the phone, so it has not been in use at all). I have since submitted it every single month. They still continue to deduct money from my account and have not cancelled ********** 018. I'm beyond annoyed and want a refund for the 3 months they have already deducted.

My mother died in November 2013. Today I receive a letter from Bham Dahya attorneys stating that whoever has taken over my mother's estate owes money on her credit card. ABSA handed her account over - and yet ABSA told us they are not going to handle her estate because there is nothing in it... So I took it to the Master of the High Court and her estate was signed off being under R100 000.00 She owned nothing except her car which we sold to pay for her cancer treatments... everything else is is my father's name (married out of community of property).
The first time I received this letter from the attorneys, I explained everything to them via email - however, I get another letter demanding same.
My mother is DEAD! you will not get the money.
