My family and I recently booked a return trip to Durban. We arrived at Lanseria only to find the flight overbooked with no seats for us and at least 6 other passengers. We had to hastily make other arrangements. No apology or assistance from Kulula. After a frustrating battle for a refund, I received an email to explain that overbooking is normal and I will be refunded. Will wait and see. I just had a very good experience with another airline so I know that Kulula's behavior is not normal in the industry - their service is just very unprofessional and poor.
