Dealt with Joyce and had the most brilliant customer experience. We were moving house and she was available to chat to me and ensured that our beds were delivered to our new home on the day we moved in which made everything a little less stressful. She held my hand from start to finish and I am grateful. Not many businesses care this much these days. Thanks so much Joyce 🙏🏽
The absolute WORST online experience I have ever had!!! Pathetic customer service. Makro are thieves. I placed a school stationery order on 2 January 2023. It was delivered on 6 January 2023 but had 4 items missing and 2 Pencil cases that were completely wrong. Since 6 January 2023, we have been emailing and calling them to either deliver the items that weren't delivered or to give a refund... THERE IS NO COMPETENCE AT ALL! G The people in the call centre say the same thing over and over about escalating or pretend like they don't understand. The order says "completed" but it definitely isn't!!! Makro took my money and didn't deliver all the items ordered!!!! I will never ever order from them again!!!
