After much deliberation our complex decided to go with Fibrehoods/Vumatel to do the fibre installation in our complex in Northgate. Installations started on schedule and all was on track for us to go live on 1 August 2017. I followed up in the first week of August & was told that there was a delay but we would be live in the 2nd or absolute latest 3rd week of August. I have once again had to follow up as we have had no feedback whatsoever and it's now September. I have now been told that an email has been sent to another person & they are hoping for a reply. What the hell? Unacceptable total lack of communication and no definitive answers ... very disappointing
