ST0LE PENSIONERS MONEY
Whilst we are happy with the installation, this company has ****** R39,000, from my 79-yr old mom. She double paid them in error, and when we discovered, we immediately got in touch with Nelis. He told us how lucky we were that he was honest. He acknowledged that he had the money. And that he’d pay it back. On more than 5 occasions. Almost a month later, we’ve had no refund. They are dishonest and don’t fulfil their commitments. Founder Johan wasn’t interested in helping. “What do you want me to do about it?” Was his response when I reached out for help. So, I’d suggest you avoid this company at all costs.

*****S MONEY FROM PENSIONER!
This company has ****** R39,100.00 and refuses to repay it. Whilst happy with the product that was installed, the company have now proved divisive & dishonest. My 79yr old mother, paid double for the installation by mistake. As soon as we became aware of this, we alerted Nelis of the JHB branch who promised to repay us the amount. He has promised on more than 5 occasions that he will pay back the money, and has missed every promised payment date. My mother is retired, with no income & cannot afford the loss. I’ve even reached out to owner and founder Johan, who asked me “What do you want me to do about it?” I wish I’d read reviews here before engaging them to do business. The 5 star ratings are all written on the same date, with suspicious names, all beginning with a “B” Avoid this company at all costs.
