ST0LE PENSIONERS MONEY
Whilst we are happy with the installation, this company has ****** R39,000, from my 79-yr old mom. She double paid them in error, and when we discovered, we immediately got in touch with Nelis. He told us how lucky we were that he was honest. He acknowledged that he had the money. And that he’d pay it back. On more than 5 occasions. Almost a month later, we’ve had no refund. They are dishonest and don’t fulfil their commitments. Founder Johan wasn’t interested in helping. “What do you want me to do about it?” Was his response when I reached out for help. So, I’d suggest you avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered an aluminium HALF gate for my passage
I ordered an aluminium HALF gate for my passage. They came to measure and 2 days later came to fit, it was too wide! Took it away and 1.5 weeks later delivered another gate totally bent, scratched and missing pop rivets! They came to collect again! It's now 3 weeks later and I've heard nothing DESPITE paying 100% for the gate which was a huge mistake! I wrote to the owner who has not even bothered to make contact yet on their website they say "we want to hear from you"! I'm warning all builders in the St Helena Bay area NOT to use these contractors!!!!!

Allport best service in aluminum
Allport gave me the most positive experience with the product and the service This business is highly recommended. They did all my windows from wood to aluminum in a day and very neat work. They cleaned up after them. windows was cleaned also, that i did not expected. This is outstanding services and was exactly what i was looking for. I am so pleased with their service.

Allport stopped responding
I did a roofed patio with Allport in October 2021. The roof has been leaking from day 1. Nelis and Betsie from Allport initially responded and sent their team to fix the roof. Lately they have stopped responding to my WhatsApps and to my emails.

Allport Windows Company in George worst service ever, stay away from them
Never use this aluminium window company in George named ALLPORT Shop 3, Business Park, 2 Pioneer St, Pacaltsdorp, George, 6530. The whole company is useless and will take your money and not finish anything. We had a farm far out between Knysna and George and wanted to renew all windows and doors. Johan Bouwer the owner was very quick to come and have a look and made a quick offer to replace all windows and door. The first project was one window and one door by the poolhouse and was done very quick and with a very nice results, after this I paid a big amount upfront for the rest of the installation. After I paid the service was over, for more than 2 years only excuses, lies and disapointments. Finally after countless phonecalls and whatsapp messages and a lot visits on his businessplace in George finally he have arrived with the material. All Frame was full of dents and scratches, the Glass full of damages and scratches, he have bring the wrong sizes and nothing have fit. The Workers was totally helpless, useless, with no tools and no knowledge. As I have mention the problems with the owner, he said I am difficult and he left and was never coming back, I had to choice another company to come and make the job finish. I have lose a lot of money with no results, no work was finish, all material was damage. He have blame everyone else but not himself. Never use this company they are scammers and will eat your money away very quick, not get anything done and will give you only unsolved problems.

Terrible after service

I've been begging for 3 months to fix a leak from the initial installation, after many empty promises, I would honestly not recommend anyone use their service (after some furniture was water damaged) ... I took the risk after reading similar experiences from other clients...</div>
