Glass and shade poor service and workmanship
This company used to be Allport. Worst workmanship ever! Pathetic service. Runs away with your deposit.

Allport (Glass and shade)
Allport Aluminium in George, currently sued by many clients are now trading as Glass and Shade. Worst company ever to exist. Took my deposit and vanished, I had to buy the rest of the material out of my own pocket and they left without completing the work. Worst workmanship and pathetic design.

UPS pathetic service
We ordered an urgent parcel from the USA via UPS. Driver went to the gate and never to the delivery address. Friday afternoon at 16h45. Come Monday morning the parcel has now been handed to a third party to deliver sometime later this week. No direct answers telephonically, no committment - just left to fate! Pathetic service, absolutely pathetic!

Standard bank **** poor service
I make regular overseas payments - have been doing this for 22 years to the same company. I get the same query back from Standard bank every time I make a payment! It delays the whole process and costs me a lot of money. Most *********** people and bank I have ever encountered in my life. I am now going to another bank because of this.

Standard bank pathetic service
I have been trying to get a Proof of payment from standard bank for 2 weeks. After numerous emails to all departments, including the useless banker, I have had absolutely no response at all. I want to recommend that any potential Standard Bank customer close their accounts asap and go to a bank where you get service, never mind a response! The service is non-existent, to give them a rating of 1 star is a compliment. I fail to understand how a bank can survive with no service at all. No wonder they closed 32 branches and 3,759 ATMs between 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2024. How can you survive with **** poor service like this? Good bye Standard Bank!

Standard bank pathetic poor service
Forex dept for queries are non-existant. Standard bank has the worst service ever in the country. They DO NOT answer a phone. You call the forex dept or any branch and the problem is a "challenge" - there is absolutely no service. You can call the George or Mosselbay branches and you will get NO service at all. To answer a phone is a huge challenge

UPS pathetic service
I've had a parcel stuck at UPS for days without anybody to call or anybody to speak to. They do not answer a phone! From the emails I receive I can clearly see how *********** they are, useless. Never ever use them if you can!

Standard bank **** poor service
I am an importer with the same business for 22 years. All of a sudden Standard Bank in George stopped my payment because they want a different form of invoice. First time in 22 years I have this request. I have been trying to phone them for a complete week and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. Nobody answers the phone in Mosselbay - all branches or at George. The emails they send me are from "Standard Bank" - no contact nr or person. **** poor bank and service. This has happens continuously. Go to Capitec.

**** with Light in a box.
Be careful of grace@tobeno1shop.com It is a ****. I ordered 3 pairs of running shoes from Light in a box on 7 June 2023 and this lady Grace took the order. I paid and never received the shoes. She said it was delivered at 17h24 on 12 July but I never received it. The post office works until 17h00 and knows nothing about the parcel. I put my home address in as the delivery address and nobody delivered anything at my house either. When I sent an email to Grace to asked for a refund the mail came back as "mail delivery failed could not been delivered due to wrong address." I sent another email to the same address a day later and two days later she answered me again and said she will look into the matter but nothing happened.
