I had a contract with MTN which expired 2022/10/27, I called to close/ cancel the contract but it was not closed as per my request. MTN blocked my Sim card that I owe them after reversing my money due to unauthorized debit. i went to pay R360 on the store in Greenstone Jhb to avoid black listing, the agent call the service desk to close my account, the closed my account only Feb, then this month again MTN debited my account. I do not understand because i even destroyed the sim card the way i was so angry. why are you keep on debit my account without any contract in place? what one must do to do away with you ? MTN needs to hold their agents responsible for this things, how does the account reactive itself ?
I have cancelled rain because I have moved to a new place and there is no coverage of rain The service provider is still debiting my account, they are not even answering my calls or responding to thier support queries that is online Apparently this thing of month to month is a fraud hence the ask for your card number so the can just debit or use your card without you authorising the payment
MFC is scamming people, the bank failed to explain how did the come with the 12.5% interest rate and the other bank is on 10.20% interest rate. if the credit profile check is done via TransUnion how come they have high interest rate than the other bank? why MFC does not allow client to speak to line mangers or high, is this some sort of shielding client to send their complains to right attention? I'm really disappointed.
I have applied for Vehicle finance for a 2014 model car but to my surprises ABSA refused to give me a residual on the 2014 model,I'm happy with the rates but my question is why ABSA is financing cars that are still within 10 years old if the have Identified the older cars are a posing risks? the response from the ABSA agent was really not making sense at all, what risk is that ? <p>I took our car to Bosch service( moto serve) in Kempton park to replace the clutch kit on 7 June 2017, the clutch was replaced but 3 day later the car started giving us problems to change gears then we took the car back to the workshop, we were asked to leave the car with them so they can strip it and check what went wrong but this was never done.</p> <p>our car is poorly attended to and I even think of egaging my lawyers to assist me and claim back our money so we can take our car else where.</p> <p>I thought bosch was a perfect and professional car service but now i know is a scam and useless car services</p> <p> </p>
<p>I have been calling Tracker since last week to fix the biling on my account and to refund me the double amonth they debting from my account but nothing has being done. </p> <p> </p> <p>today I called and the agent I spoke to was very rude and not helpful, she was even will to lert me cancel the policy with tracker, her name is "Ntombi Shirwa" if tracker will keep this person to handle thier customers then good luck with that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not advace anyone to take a month to month contract with tracker with a once of fee of R3500, once you paid that money Tracker with treat you like trash.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will go see my lawyers seeking legal advices on this matter.</p>

<p>On Friday the 10/03/2017 time 18:36 myself and my 3 years twins we went to buy takeaways at MAX BOX (fish and chips) in Elgin Mall at birchleigh Kempton park, I went inside to buy chips and russians on their menu I then decide to buy the juice hence I was with the kids.</p> <p> </p> <p>We went home and me and my wife eat the chips because the kids already ate the noodles, I gave them the juice while we were watching a movie round about 19:30 then around 8:00 they start complaining about stomach gramps so we thought is just a small thing till around 8:30 one of the twin start vomiting I still then thought is nothing big then I got worried because around 9:00 the other twin who was sleeping start vomiting on her sleep then we rushed to turn her because she was shocking.</p> <p> </p> <p>The kids vomited none stop( every after 5 to minutes) the I got super worried when the other twin start vomiting blood clots and trace what might be the route course of this round about 12:00AM then checked the noodle pack it was still okay then I checked the juice pack then it has expired on 15/02/2017 as in a month ago, I then rushed the kids to the hospital and we were told we lucky to take them on time, the twin were treated the and they were given something to stabilize their system and prescriptions.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the morning I went to the store to confront management about this, the manger was not there so I asked the ladies that work there about this and surprising they were aware of this, they said they told the manager and the owner about this that the juice has expired and she refused to remove them from the shelfs and this was not the first time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then asked the worker to give me the manager’s numbers, I called her on cell number( Linette ********** 274) and ask if she can remove those juice on herself because those juice pose danger to the kids then she told me she is running a business and that’s not her problem if I bought something for my kids that has expired and I should not hold responsible for that.</p> <p> </p> <p>please becareful because you might be the victim and you might not be lucky as me, most of things there are not in good condition.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
