Excellence on tyre warranty claims.
I've had 3 tyre warranty claims with them in the last year. All 3 claims were approved without any problems. On Friday the 7th of March my vehicle is also going in for service at VW, so will see how that service warranty works.

ALWAYS EMPTY PROMISES
Tobie helped me to refurbish a pool and install it into the ground. When he asked for deposit, i immediately did a payment into his account. When they were about to finish, he then asked again for the rest of the money to finish the job, and once again I did a payment into his account that day. But since February when the installation was done, i could not use the pool because of the pipes leaking and water level dropping too fast to keep the pump running. I've been messaging him asking him if he can please assist me in fixing this problem, but it's always empty promises since February until now.

Refund issues
Bought curtains at Mr price home in Highveld Mall for R359-00, but colour did not match my bedroom colours. So went to exchange them for 2 blinds that was actually R329-00 each, but was told that the curtains was now marked down to R199-00 and they could only refund that amount! Unfortunately I did not have the slip anymore, but the curtains was unopened and price still on it. I spend a lot of money at Mr price home and it is a hobby for my wife to go shopping there, but that's in the past now.
