BAD SERVICE
submitted a clain on the 9th of April, they kept messing me around sending me back and forth, then they asked me for the vehicle inspection sheet which was sent to them in 2012 already i have had nothing but issues with them, then the assessors they appointed refused to come to me i had to go to them. i was not even given a choice as to where I can take my car I just received an email sayimg my repairs have been approved and that i must take my vehicle to a place called fitzperfect auto body which i did, they fixed the car but then they decided that what they were being paid was not enough and decided to rip me off some more, they switched out my battery and then told me my battery was swolen and needed to be replaced. when they opened the bonnet to show me I saw that the battery was not the battery i had in my vehicle. they had swapped my battery out for another one that did not even fit properly if you ask me its all back handed deals the assessors probably got a cut of the payment from the panel beater in return for the business. bunch of thieves

Car went in for repairs and battery was swapped
I took my car in on fryday the 8th of May to have some repairs done, when I collected my car this morning they told me my battery was swollen and that it needed to be replaced, when they opened the bonnet I immediately notice that it was not my battery and it had been replaced with another one, the battery I had in my vehicle was a Green Willard battery, the one that was in my car this morning was a tiny black battery that did not even fit properly. I know what battery was in my vehicle and the battery that was in there was not the battery that I had purchassed. <br> <br> they are dishonest and shady and I suggest stay clear of them, if you do take your vehicle there take pictures beforehand. <br> <br> I am just sorry I didnt do that. Its so sad that people are so dishonest and rip you off the way these guys have. I have definately learnt my lesson.
