I Called them 2 or 3 times yesterday regarding my policy. i just got my policy down in Jan, now in Feb they send my a mail that in March my new Policy per month will increase ... i call them telling them just last month i got it down.. i want a better rate.. \ ok Sir they said\" they will get back to me.. i called again and spoke to the manager.. he also adviced he will get back to me.. still nothing.. i called in today.. want to speak to the manager again.. no manager on the floor. 2 min later , i was told the manager left for lunch he will call me back after he had his lunch.. Is this what you call customer service? and how do you promote monthly decrease on car insurance if you increase the car insurance yearly that you decreased??? + more???<br> <br> So i had a good run with King price obviously it was because there was no interaction with them.. but now i needed to interact with them and this is what i get in return. my payments was on debit order so they always got there money, why cant i get my service?<br> <br> I hope i get this miracle call back from this manager "
I booked my phone in for repairs on the LCD screen and back cover. Sony experia z3 Compact. i Could see that the coloring on the screen was not like it used to be, the afternoon I pressed with my thumb(nail) on the screen and immediatly the screen broke again, with black on the side and red and black and blue lines appear. i phoned SA Cell World immediatly and told them they sold me a faulty screen, witch i paid R1600 for. They person working there told me he wil let me know when the power button is also there then he will repair my phone. My wife came there today, he refused to fix it saying my kar keys or something broke the screen again.. and was very Rude to my wife.. This is unacceptable and strongly suggest not take your repairs to these guys, as there parts are not good and service is rude...
