Absolute trash, do not ask them to fix your stuff
I took my Samsung Note 20 Ultra there for a battery replacement. They charged me R900. Got the phone back quickly and was initially impressed. Only to get home and the phone stopped charging or coming on during the night. I brought the phone back, they then told me that the motherboard had a fault, note that the phone worked flawlessly until I brought it to them for repair. I tried calling in to find out if there had been any progress on the phone, only to find that they were call forwarding my number to avoid me. I am now standing in their shop to get my phone and it has been 30min now while they scurry to find my property that they damaged. I observed the guy sitting at the desk take the plugged in ribbon cables and put them on his tongue to check for voltage. They used an old tooth brush with what appeared to be meth spirits to clean terminals. These guys are red lights across the dash. Take your phones elsewhere.

Shoddy workmanship, poor service (screen replacement)
Went to fix a broken screen for a Huawei p30. They fixed it and put a screen protector. Next day, the screen protector cracked terribly. I thought it was just due to cheap quality so went to cellucity to get something better. On sight, they said my actual screen was also broken. When they removed the cover, the screen was broken. A whole day after paying R1200. I called them and they said there is no guarantee because i could have dropped it, which i didn't. Shocked at the rudeness and lack of responsibility. They are scammers. Don't even go there.

I paid them to fit a new screen to my wife's Hauwei P8 Lite. I collected the phone and took it home. When I got home I noticed a crack starting to form in the screen, outwards from the speaker on the phone. I immediately called them and they said I should bring it back. The second they saw the phone they accused me of hitting the screen with something. The phone has a cover and the glass screen protector that they fitted, which is still in tact. The screen miraculously got broken through the glass screen protector with no damage befalling the protector. They refused to assist in any way! They fitted a faulty screen and refuse to remedy the situation. It is clear as day that the screen cracked due to too much pressure being applied from behind the screen by the speaker. You can even see that the speaker is not dead center in the opening and that is what has caused this.

BAD BAD SERVICE AND REPAIRS
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THE EASTGATE BRANCH DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES TO BE REPAIRED HERE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!! I TOOK MY PHONE IN ON THE 17TH OF AUGUST TO HAVE MY LCD REPAIRED IT COST ME R1250 AND TODAY MY SCREEN WENT BLACK, I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM AND HE SAID THAT THE INSIDE IS CRACKED AND THE SCREEN IS DAMAGED, I SAID HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE AS I HAVE NOT DROPPED THE PHONE AND I PAID YOU R150.00 FOR A SCREEN PROTECTOR AS WELL, HIS REPLY WAS THAT IT WAS FROM ME PRESSING THE SCREEN, OH MY WORD WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A TOUCH PHONE IF YOU ARE NOT MEANT TO TOUCH IT HOW ELSE DO YOU OPERATE THE PHONE????? HE SAID I NEED TO PAY ANOTHER R1250.00 TO HAVE THE SCREEN REPAIRED REALLY ARE YOU SERIOUS YOU OBVIOUSLY DID NOT FIX IT PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY YOU MORE MONEY..... SA Cell World(Mall@reds) Bad service and Repairs
I booked my phone in for repairs on the LCD screen and back cover. Sony experia z3 Compact. i Could see that the coloring on the screen was not like it used to be, the afternoon I pressed with my thumb(nail) on the screen and immediatly the screen broke again, with black on the side and red and black and blue lines appear. i phoned SA Cell World immediatly and told them they sold me a faulty screen, witch i paid R1600 for. They person working there told me he wil let me know when the power button is also there then he will repair my phone. My wife came there today, he refused to fix it saying my kar keys or something broke the screen again.. and was very Rude to my wife.. This is unacceptable and strongly suggest not take your repairs to these guys, as there parts are not good and service is rude...
