Went to fix a broken screen for a Huawei p30. They fixed it and put a screen protector. Next day, the screen protector cracked terribly. I thought it was just due to cheap quality so went to cellucity to get something better. On sight, they said my actual screen was also broken. When they removed the cover, the screen was broken. A whole day after paying R1200. I called them and they said there is no guarantee because i could have dropped it, which i didn't. Shocked at the rudeness and lack of responsibility. They are scammers. Don't even go there.
I called Vodacom to cancel my contract on Monday and look at options for getting a new phone. I explained that I have an international skype consultation that would cost me a lot if I don't have a reliable phone by Friday. They assured me it should be ok. True enough Ram contacted me on Wednesday to say they were delivering. However from Thursday the tracking status said "under investigation". By Friday at noon I had no feedback from Vodacom so I called to ask and spoke to someone called Andiswa . She promised to get back to me. By 3pm I hadn't heard back so I called RAM directly. They said the vehicle with my phone was hijacked. I phoned vodacom and asked them to cancel the upgrade as I have no received the phone etc and I need to go into a walk in centre to upgrade before 5pm so that I am ready for my international consult call at 7pm. They have been refusing and passing me from pillar to post and hanging up the phone on me. I am beyond furious and this is unacceptable!!! If I am unable to consult tonight, I will come at a great financial and reputation cost. I am livid and need this sorted immediately so I can collect a phone from a more competent networ****
