No idea how to deal with customers.

I paid them to fit a new screen to my wife's Hauwei P8 Lite. I collected the phone and took it home.

When I got home I noticed a crack starting to form in the screen, outwards from the speaker on the phone.

I immediately called them and they said I should bring it back.

The second they saw the phone they accused me of hitting the screen with something. The phone has a cover and the glass screen protector that they fitted, which is still in tact.

The screen miraculously got broken through the glass screen protector with no damage befalling the protector.

They refused to assist in any way!

They fitted a faulty screen and refuse to remedy the situation.

It is clear as day that the screen cracked due to too much pressure being applied from behind the screen by the speaker. You can even see that the speaker is not dead center in the opening and that is what has caused this.
