UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR NO CORRECTION AFTER ACKNOWLEDG
Charges on Account 18% not 2 % as per Law. Unethical Conduct of account well aware of compliance.<br> Dental Medical Board acknowledge compliance and billing. Dr Grobler refuse to fix this since February.<br> They handed over to Shrives Attorneys who even AFTER ADMITTING THEIR ERROR did a Section 129!

REFUSE TO FIX ERROR/STAND BY UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR
Pathetic. After a lot of queries and emails - which they choose to ignore, they just want phone. I want all in writing. They are aware of the doctors Dr Grobler Centurion charging 18 % interest which by Law says 2%.The Dental Board acknowledge error and I am still awaiting fixing of all and I was even threated by a Seciton 129 after the account has been in dispute since February. How is that for compliance!!!
