THEY SENT A PLUMBER JUST TO TURN OFF THE WATER SUPPLY.HAD TO LATER THAT EVENING THAT THE STANDBY TEAM DONT REPAIR BURST WATERPIPES IN THE NIGHT, ONLY THE NEXT MORNING 08H00. THIS IS UNACCCEPTABLE AND NOT AND EXCUSES TO RENDER A SERVICE BEING CONSIDERED AS A RIGHT OF ACCESS TO.

IT IS THE THIRD TIME IN ONE MONTH. LAST WEEK THEY RESTORES THE WATER SUPPLY 13H00 THE AFTERNOON. WE HAVE BABIES, SICK AND ELDERLY PEOPLE RESINDING IN THE AREA, BUT AS THAT IS A CONCERN.
I was a private patient at Medi-Clinic Worcester. Paid estimate in advance as per their requirements. You pay for every single item from the smallest to the biggest used, every needle, swab, glove, plaster etc and to the exact amount. No cent spared. I was in theatre for 46 minutes and was charged per minute R216.00. I was charged for estimated stock on medication and on discharge, was given a credit for what remained. So as you can see everything is billed to the last cent or minute. I was quoted one night in the ward R3344.60,Was admitted 05h42 thursday 10/03/2016 and discharged 09h00 11/03/2016. Was billed one and a half days amounted to R5016.90.Been in the ward for 15 hours and not 18 hours. When I contacted the accounts department I was advised that they are entitled to do so as their systems works on a 6 hour basis. Why not charge me exact time spent. Claiming what you are not entitle and being arrogant is not fair practise. Being told even if you speak to the manager nothings going to change leave much to be desired. Owe them 5c you get lawyer letter, GET OVERCHARGED ITS NOTHING. BILLED EXTRA R836.00
