Hi Ernest I just wanted to let you know that both your teams yesterday were absolutely amazing. Under Goodman, the men were unbelievably efficient and helpful. And we had no idea that a second team was going to be able to unload in Kleinmond on the same day, considering the weather. I was concerned that they were going to get home very late but I'd got back to Kleinmond as fast as I could under the circumstances and, luckily, my husband was already at home and able to meet them with the keys. I personally have never used Mario's Movers before, although you had been recommended. I wish I had never signed up for Showmax. I have not been able to access Showmax for over 6 weeks and decided to cancel my subscription. My notification of cancellation is ignored completely and they continue to debit my account monthly. I have never known such appalling service, and think what they are doing is actually *****ulent.
I have sold my house and needed to arrange for an electrical inspection to obtain a Compliance Certificate. A friend recommended Kin Electrical. Their response time and service was exceptionally professional and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them for any electrical issue whatsoever. I dealt with Wisdom and Stanley, both highly experienced and fully qualified electricians.
I have recently been helped via the Chat app, and it works very well. My query was dealt with very promptly and professionally by Bongani Mahlangu.
ABSA Bank's Customer Care Service deteriorates daily. On 18 June 2021 I contacted them via email to enquire about unexplained bank charges on my savings account. I eventually received a standard reply, including the 2021 Pricing Guide. No part of it covered my queries or even related to the type of account I have, and subsequent email have either elicited the same standard response or no response at all. The quicker that Absa is to take my money, the slower it is to deal with their clients in a professional way. This is unacceptable, and I wish I had never opened an account with them 16 years ago.
It was very easy to update my existing policy with KP to include insurance for my house. Claire Rikhotso was extremely helpful and professional.
Very prompt and pleasant service from Niren Pillay today. If and when I ever need to get a quote again, I will ask for him personally.
