Our company had a fleet management contract with Hilti that came to an end on 30/06/2022. Since then Hilti still send us invoices and deduct money from our bank account although the items were collected on 2/08/2022 We received credit memo's for the invoices but no payment were made to us yet. Today another payment went through our bank!! The customer service is shocking and we will NEVER make use of any of their products or service!
I've ordered from Benna Bok and after I made my payment there is just NO FEEDBACK from them. I've sent numerous emails with regards to the delivery of my order but I only receive an automated reply but nothing else. There is no contact number to call them and they don't reply on any of my emails. Please avoid doing business with these people!!
