REMOVE MY DETAILS??
Please remove me from your data base. I have asked multiple times to never be called by yourselves or the companies you deal with but the calls never end. I will NEVER use your company based on this experience. Stop wasting mine and your teams time by calling me.

Terrible Service
Package was delivered a week later. A week. The website said out of delivery every day, for the week. Try contact anyone, no response, eventually someone called Thabiso responded, may as well have been talking to myself. Added negative value to my life. Package had clearly been thrown around when it arrive. Box was damaged, and every single thing inside had been melted and subsequently destroyed. What an utterly useless service you provide aramex.

Exceptionally poor service.
Ordered a cake to be delivered on the Saturday. On Friday morning changed the delivery address (within the allotted change period) and they immediately marked the cake as delivered. Contacted them only to be responded to on Saturday morning saying they can’t deliver it now but it has been resolved. They RESOLVED it by delivering the cake 4 days later. How is that resolved for the customer? It’s not, a stale cake delivered well after the requested date is not resolved. They also never respond to emails after the fact either. Do not use them if you can, there are MUCH BETTER alternatives.

Make sure you add on all the extras
Be very careful with what is offered, even on the most expensive package, not everything is covered, and you have to add additional items on.
