<p>I upgraded my Telkom Smartplan 50 contract when it was due for an upgrade. However, since doing so I no longer receive. I called many times to find out why the recurring bundle had stopped as I did not change anything on my contract I merely upgraded. The last call I had I was told that it has been resolved and my recurring bundle has been reinstated. I would receive a double bundle today(1st Oct) due to me not getting one in Sept. logon to check balances today and nothing. Maybe Telkom said I would get a double bundle today to postpone having to deal with me??? </p>
I took out a paid up contract in Centurion in February 2013. Was sold by a consultant (Proud) who mentioned to me it is a 36 month contract. After just a year my tag no longer worked. After a few days they resolved the issue and I had been told it was captured as a 12 month contract. Recently I joined Virgin active and called 0861496463 to cancel my PF contract. I was told that there was a refund due. Yesterday I was informed that my contract was actually a 24 month contract and that no refund was due. How can 1 contract which I was sold as being a 26 month contract have so many different terms according to the situation?? I call it theft!!. To me it feels as my contract was updated to suite them and when I cancelled it conveniently became a 24 month contract.<br> All calls I made should be on record and be used as proof of what I was told.
