Good response to a bad situation
Nadia Nienaber was very helpful in resolving my issue and was patient with me while I was having a small melt down about my licence having not being delivered to me directly. Nadia jumped to contact the courier and resolve the issue for me to find out where they had delivered my licence. This was also taken further with management as they instructed the courier company to contact the person before delivery. So although the fault was not on her, she made exceptional effort to correct the situation

Thank you for your kindness
I caught a feral kitten with a badly broken leg who had not been fed by mom in a while, we have a contract with the Animal Anti Cruelty who would normally assist us in these situations but unfortunately they had already closed that day, I went to the Southdale Veterinary Hospital, and met a doctor and reception lady (I feel terrible that I missed her name) who were so willing to assist me with this little kitten. There was very little they could do unfortunately as the little kitten was weak (ants had already started climbing on her) and the leg was to badly damages, she did not make it. <br> <br> But the compassion shown both to the kitten and myself is something worth mentioning and I believe that in a world so filled with evil and self absorption, any bit of good should be praised on the highest levels.<br> <br> I would just like to thank you DR for all you did, it may have seemed a small act to you, but it meant the world to me that the kitten was no longer suffering.

So awesome
I have just taken out a new Car Insurance with King Price and it is always such a pleasure to deal with any member of their staff.<br> On first applying I spoke with Busi who was super friendly and had everything in hand and sent to me within minutes of putting the phone down.<br> <br> I had to call back to find out some info and then dealt with Remano who made my day after having one of my worst weeks. He went over and above what they need to do for a client and I put the phone down laughing and feeling better about my entire day.<br> <br> Both these gentleman really left me smiling and even if they were not the absolute cheapest insurance around and even if they didn't make my first claim so stress free(dealt with Rodney), their service and customer relations is what will keep me coming back time and time again.<br> <br> Regards<br> C.
