Yesterday I got a call from trss, they asked me to test my alarm, which I did, they told me it wasn't working, I just tested it now, I knew it was working, becouse I regularly test it, every 3 months or so, they where trying to **** me, trying to force me to either upgrade or repair a functional device. this is a formal complaint... trss how do I trust you now

Terrible manners, no appology for lack of them...
My family and I went to KFC this afternoon Sunday 9 Feb 2015 12:30, for a quick bite to eat, we ordered the family 8 piece treat. The teller had the most horrible of attitudes, she failed to greet me when it was my turn at the drive in and when I confronted her about the bad attitude she sneered at me. I told her she needed to change her mannerism. <br> When I got home, to my surprise I had 3 drum scrawny drum sticks, 2 tiny wings, and the rest where rejects one piece looked like somebody had taken a piece off it and eaten it before putting it into my order.<br> The service the food was terrible.
