My overall shopping experiences with Shein have been good. The items purchased have been worth the money paid for them. Of course there is the odd item that you get that will dissapoint eg , the fabric might not be what you were expecting etc. Their size guides work reasonably well, but it is important to read the serious reviews that people give about the item you are purchasing(not the silly ones that just want points) The nightmare however begins if an item is missing from your shipment. They then want you to send a pic of the box the items came in showing the courier labels etc. Despite doing all this all i got back from them was a message saying they confirmed that they had packed the item and the matter was now closed and i should contact the courier company. The courier company is contracted by Shein, I paid Shein for order so surely it is their job to resolve the problem with their courier company. Dealing with or trying to deal with the courier company- Aramex is just as futile as they don't answer your calls. So when Shein works, all is good but they are useless when an item is short or missing and their customer support is sadly lacking. As with all these companies when they start out they will do anything for their customers but now they are so big that they no longer care about you as a customer.
Dealing with Cummins South Africa is a nightmare experience . Their service is appalling and trying to get hold of their personnel is near impossible from their sales people right up to their supervisors and management. I have tried calling, sending emails , whatsapps and leaving voice notes . Either you get a machine or no one answers at all and despite leaving various messages no one replies . If in the rare instance that someone answers the call then much to your surprise they offer little or no help and are very reluctant to help . I remember when we started dealing with Cummins in 2004 it was such a pleasure and a proffessionally run company , surely something has gone wrong as the service has gone one way and that is downhill and No its not due to the pandemic.
enrolled my son in Intec last year , Initial service was fair , but has only gone downlhill from there. from a virtual campus and supposed tutors who never reply , to general enquiries which are never answered. Have sent numerous emails and made several calls to no avail. What a waste of time and money
